Meet Nicola...

A guide in the Art of Coming Home to Your Authentic and Empowered Self

My own path into this work began with a longing — a feeling of not quite belonging in the world as it was. That longing became a doorway into a lifelong exploration of consciousness, healing, and the wisdom of the body.

Over the past two decades, I’ve supported people in reconnecting with themselves — guiding them to listen deeply, soften into truth, and reclaim the wholeness that was never truly lost.

Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, psychotherapeutic techniques, intuitive and energetic attunement, and somatic awareness coaching, I create a field of deep presence where your system can unwind, reorganise, and remember its natural intelligence.

My approach is both scientific and spiritual — informed by an understanding of the nervous system and subtle energy, yet guided by intuition, sensitivity, and trust in what wants to unfold.

When the body feels safe, the soul begins to speak.

I’ve witnessed profound transformations: people remembering their gifts, finding clarity and vitality, and rediscovering peace after years of disconnection. But most beautifully, I’ve seen people come home to the quiet joy of simply being themselves.

This work weaves together science and soul — grounded therapeutic principles and a deep respect for each person’s unique energy. It offers a space where you can explore, release, and grow at your own pace — reconnecting not just in our sessions, but in how you live, love, and move through the world.

After more than 20 years of working with people from all walks of life, one truth has become clear to me:

Everyone deserves to feel at home in their own skin and empowered in their own life.

This isn’t just my profession — it’s my purpose.

Every person I work with reminds me of the incredible resilience and beauty we all carry within us.

I know how tender it can feel to take that first step toward healing and self-discovery — and how profoundly life-changing it can be.

If you feel called to explore what’s possible, I would be honoured to walk beside you.

Lineage & Foundations

My path has been shaped by more than two decades of study, practice, and deep listening to the wisdom of the body.
What began as a personal search for truth and belonging evolved into a lifelong devotion to the art of transformation — blending science, spirituality, and soul.

My foundation rests in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, trained through the College of Craniosacral Therapy (London), with further specialisations in Touch-Free Craniosacral Stillness and Distance Healing. These teachings attuned me to the subtle rhythms of the body — the quiet language through which the soul speaks.

From there, my work deepened into Somatic Embodiment and Feminine Wisdom through the Somatic Institute for Women and Womb/Hara Healing, learning how the body carries stories of lineage, love, and power — and how they can be released through compassionate awareness.

My journey into group Shadow Work Facilitation and Transformational Coaching through Heart iQ and the Applied Depth Practitioner Institute brought a powerful understanding of how our hidden parts hold the keys to our wholeness. I am trained in Compassionate Inquiry® with Dr. Gabor Maté, which anchored my approach in trauma-informed presence — meeting each moment with curiosity, care, and truth.

I am a certified CHAKRADANCE™ facilitator, and have been teaching and performing, various solo and partner dance styles for over 30 years.

Other influences that continue to shape my work include studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine , Holistic Nutrition (Macrobiotics), Tantra, Somatic Education, Reiki, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training— all of which inform how I hold space for the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.

This lineage is not just a list of trainings; it is a living tapestry — woven from years of practice, mentorship, and devotion to walking beside others as they remember their essence.

Each modality, each teacher, each chapter has guided me to trust one thing above all:
that when the body feels safe, the truth of who we are naturally begins to unfold.

FAQ's

What is biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and how does it work?

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a gentle, yet deep, non-invasive technique that helps release deep-seated emotional and physical tension by working with the body’s natural rhythms. Unlike traditional therapies, this approach aims to realign you with your core energy, promoting healing on mental, emotional, and physical levels. It works directly with the nervous system, releasing imprints and restoring balance. Many clients describe feeling a profound sense of peace, clarity, and connection after just one session. What can I expect during my first session?

Your first 3 hour session, (extending over two days), is designed to give you a safe space to explore, release, and realign. We’ll start with a brief conversation to set your intentions, followed by a biodynamic craniosacral therapy session. This is done, fully clothed, with the client lying down or in a restful position (in person), or in comfortable place of choice (in a distance session). The following day, we’ll have an integration conversation to help you process your experience. This session often provides a powerful glimpse of what’s possible in your journey towards awakening, empowerment, and authenticity. Find out more about a single session here →

Do I need to commit to multiple sessions right away?

No, the initial session is a stand-alone experience, and there’s no pressure to commit to further sessions unless you feel ready. Many clients find the first session valuable on its own, while others choose to continue for deeper, ongoing transformation. After your initial session, we can discuss options if you’re interested in a longer journey.

Can this work be done remotely, or do I need to be there in person?

Yes, sessions can be conducted either in person or remotely. Nicola has years of experience working with clients both locally and at a distance, and the benefits are powerful in either format. In person and remote sessions follow the same structure, with time for intention-setting, healing work, and integration, all conducted in a way that supports your comfort and connection. Many in-person clients have even switched to distance sessions over time, as some have found they can drop even deeper into the experience in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Transformation begins in relationship —
in the quiet space where we listen and remember what’s true.

Here, every path home begins with presence.
